FBM KLCI - higher on last minute buying

Stocks on Bursa Malaysia closed mixed yesterday with the benchmark FBMKLCI ended higher, lifted by last minute buying. The benchmark index was mostly in red throughout the day, but managed to gain 3.3 points or 0.18% to 1,875.68 after moving between 1,868.48 and 1,875.68 throughout the day. Losers led gainers by 589 to 275 while 294 counters remain unchanged. Total volume rose to 3.01 billion units worth RM2.2 billion from 2.63 billion units worth RM2.4 billion on Wednesday.
